Shipping policy

ClassCarDesign is operated by CLASSCARDESIGN LTD, a company registered in England and Wales (Company No. 17518542).
All ClassCarDesign products are handmade to order by our production and fulfillment partner, KSD OTOMOTİV SANAYİ VE DIŞ TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ, and are carefully packaged and shipped from our production center in Istanbul, Turkey. We work with trusted international express carriers to ensure fast and secure delivery.

🔹 2. Production & Handling Time
• Orders are produced after payment confirmation and once all required vehicle and customization details have been received.
• United States: total delivery time is 3–6 business days from the day you place your order (production + express shipping).
• Other destinations: standard production time is 3–5 business days before dispatch.
• Custom logo or color requests may take an additional 3–12 business days.
• Once completed, your order is shipped immediately.

🔹 3. Shipping Time (after dispatch)
• European Union: typically 2–4 business days with express shipping.
• Other destinations: typically 3–12 business days.
Outside the United States, total delivery time = production time + shipping time.
Delivery times may vary based on destination and customs clearance. While delays caused by carriers are beyond our control, we always provide full support and tracking updates.

Each order includes a tracking number sent via email after dispatch.

• United States: free express shipping.
• Other destinations: shipping rates vary by destination and are calculated at checkout.
• All shipping fees are displayed before payment confirmation.

• United States: all customs duties and import taxes are paid by us (Delivered Duty Paid). You will not be asked to pay any additional fees on delivery.
• All other destinations, including the European Union: customs duties, import taxes or local fees may apply and are the buyer's responsibility, unless stated otherwise at checkout.

🔹 7. Delivery Responsibility
Buyers must inspect packages upon delivery.
If any damage is detected, please report it immediately and take photos before accepting the parcel.

If a package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address, re-shipment costs will be charged to the buyer.
